IMPORTANT: You must have broadband internet for us to make a house call. If you only have dial-up or no internet access at all, you will need to bring your computer to us or use our pick-up service. Trip charge still applies with our pick-up service.

Turn around time: Currently our average turn around time on computers dropped off to us is 3 days. Contact us if you have a need for priority service.
Scheduling home service: Currently scheduling is 3 days out for in-home service. Contact us if you have a need for priority service.
Priority support rate is $85.00/hr with a 2 hour minimum.
