1. Open Outlook Express.


2. From the menu bar, click on 'Tools', and then on 'Options' from the drop down menu. (see figure 1)

3. With the Options box open, click on the tab called 'Security'.


4. Under the first section titled 'Virus Protectection', uncheck the line
   'Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potenially be
   a virus'. (see figure 2)

5. Then click 'Apply' and then 'Ok'.
